Overall Contribution Winner--Tiara, Trophy, Embroidered sash, stuffed animal, and $125 discount to nationals (to be held on June 4-6, 2004)

Cover Model: The contestant who sells the most ads (minimum 3 pages to qualify)
Centerfold: Highest scoring character shot

Photogenic natural headshot. Color or black & white up to an 8x10
Contribution all contestants are required to bring a donation. (see important information for more details)
Optional Events:
Pro-am a vogue modeling routine to your own music, not to exceed 2 minutes.
Glamour Photo glamour headshot. Color or black & white up to an 8x10
Theme wear freestyle modeling in your safari outfit. (no knives or fire)Have fun with this category.
Talent anything you are good at (no fire or knives) not to exceed 3 minutes.
Cover Model most ads sold, your picture will be put on the cover of the program book. All contestants selling ads will receive gifts.
Centerfold any full body character shot, color or black & white, up to an 8x10
Back Cover headshot to ¾ length, color or black & white, up to an 8x10

I understand that my deposit is non refundable except in the event of cancellation by Miss American Belle. My fees must be paid in full by March 29th, 2004. Good sportsmanship must be displayed at all times by contestants and guests of the contestants. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of awards and ejection from the pageant with no refund of fees. I agree that the results of the judges are final. I will not hold Miss American Belle staff, volunteers or the facilities responsible for any damages or injuries suffered while participating in the pageant or any event related to the pageant.

Tentative schedule for the pageant will be as follows:

Mandatory fees also include one program book per contestant. Extra books will be sold for $5 each.
For those of you who chose to sell ads for Cover model must have ads submitted by March 13th. Make sure that you submit a photo of yourself for the Cover in case you are the winner. All pictures will be returned at the pageant.
Ad sells are as follow:
Full page ads--------------------------------$50

If you were to sell 2 ¼ page ads (total value $50) you will receive credit for 1 full page. Your cash amount will determine your page value. If 10 full pages are sold you can enter Package C (the best deal) for free.
Centerfold and Back Cover model entries must be in by March 13th to qualify for judging. All pictures will be returned the day of the pageant.
Photogenic pictures will be turned in during registration and returned at the end of the pageant.
Contributions of new household items will be donated to the Dunn House Battered Women's Shelter. These items will be used to help women and their families who have had to leave their homes for protection and leave all personal items behind. New items needed are: Toothbrushes, toothpaste, toilet tissue, feminine hygiene products, deodorant, socks, children and womens undergarments (especially large sizes), towels, and bedding (sheets and blankets),

There will be a Safari adventure party directly following the pageant. All contestants and their families are welcome to join in the fun.
