Age division Queens will receive a tiara, trophy, custom sash, gifts, title, and a $25 discount to state (to be held in Medford, OR in 2004)
Overall winners in evening wear, photogenic, talent, theme model (New Year's outfit), most beautiful, best smile, best hair, best dressed, and prettiest eyes will receive a beautiful custom rosette ribbon.
Age division winners in evening wear, photogenic, talent, and theme model will receive a custom ribbon.
Overall Contribution (largest donation of non-perishable food items) will receive a tiara, trophy, custom sash, and stuffed animal.
All contestants will receive a gift.
Events Mandatory for age division queens----photogenic, evening wear, and theme model.
Optional events talent, overalls (beauty, best dressed, hair, smile, eyes)
Grand Supreme is total of mandatory events plus all optionals.
Photogenic any size photo up to 8x10 in size, natural and untouched, may be color or black and white.
Evening wear a pretty dress, may be short or long.
Theme Model anything related to New Year's.
Talent may be up to 3 minutes in length, please bring CD or cued tape if needed.
All contestants are required to bring a non-perishable food donation. These items will be donated to Access.
Referral bonus $10 for each new contestant, if you have 4 referrals you receive a Grand Supreme entry for free.
Registration will be a 9:30 am; Evening wear will follow at 10:30 am. Theme Wear at 11:30 am, Talent at 1:00 pm after a lunch break, then awards at 3:00 pm.

Tiny Belle 2 to 3 years old
Petite Belle 4 to 6 years old
Little Belle 7 to 9 years old
Young Belle 10 to 12 years old
Teen Belle 13 to 16 years old
Miss Belle 17 to 21 years old
